The Everest Base Camp has been famed from when Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa made the first successful summit in 1953. It is the most famous and challenging trek in Khumbu region. The trek is famous for its spectacular mountain peaks and friendliness of its inhabitants (Sherpas). It offers a unique and unforgettable experience along with the unparalleled views of the world’s highest and most beautiful mountains.

This trail is a connection with Island peak climbing the Island peak was renamed "Imje Tse" in the early '80s, though its original name is still more popular. The mountain was named "Island Peak" in 1952 due to its striking location in the middle of the Chhukung valley, like an island in a sea of ice. Island Peak has an impressive highly glaciated west face that rises from the Lhotse Glacier which is a bit tough to do, however, the magnificent views from the summit are certainly a fitting reward for our efforts.
