Walk up to Everest Base Camp means physically hard and takes 2 weeks to complete walking towards base camp of Mt. Everest. Within the short time to get into the Everest base camp is to by helicopter.

For the Everest Helicopter tour, you may need 4-6 hours’ time consumption and patience. From Kathmandu along with Lukla, Namche, Tengboche, Gokyo lakes valley, Khumbu Glacier and Ice fall, Kongde, Cholatse, Nuptse, Pumori, Lhotse, Everest, Ama Dablam and so many other higher mountain peaks are observed at a time and the mountain panorama, Ice Georges, and other valleys of snow field within the 4 hours.

Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)

Day 02:Helicopter tour

Day 03:Sightseeing in Sightseeing Tour: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple and shopping at Thamel Street.

Day 04:Fly Home: Farewell Friend

Detail Itinerary

  • Day 1
    Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)

    Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Thai Nepal Travels. After picking up your luggage and look for our representative with a Thai Nepal Travels display board at the arrival gate. After that, you will be transferred to Hotel. After check-in, you can take a rest, hang around in the city - it all depends upon your interests and condition. In the evening we will organize a "Welcome Dinner" at an excellent traditional Nepalese Restaurant where you will enjoy Nepalese cultural programs as well as a fine meal.

  • Day 2
    Helicopter tour

    We are transferring from hotel to airport at 6 o’clock in the morning. Then Fly to the Namche bazaar and land in Shangboche (Everest View Hotel) have breakfast. After breakfast in Namche Bazar fly to the Everest base camp then landing in Kalapathar for the views of attractive Mt.Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other snow-capped mountains. After completing explore around the Kalapathar then we fly to Gokyo valley and explore around it then back to the international airport Kathmandu then transfer to Patan for sightseeing. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 3
    Sightseeing in Sightseeing Tour: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple and shopping at Thamel Street.

    After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we start a guided tour to two of UNESCO World Heritage Sites to Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Temple. Kathmandu Durbar Square lies in the heart of Kathmandu city. The locals know this area by its old name Hanuman Dhaka – an ancient seat of Nepalese Royalty who ruled over the Kathmandu Kingdom and the medieval Kings palaces. Next, we journey on to visit Swayambhu (meaning "the self-existent") popularly known among foreigners as the “Monkey Temple” owing to a large number of monkey populations residing in this area. In the evening, you are welcome to do some shopping or walk around in the streets of Thamel or take a rest, and just laze around the city - it all depends on your interests. We spend this night at a comfortable hotel in Kathmandu.

  • Day 4
    Fly Home: Farewell Friend

    Our 4 days Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake Helicopter Tours come to an end today. A representative from Thai Nepal Travels will take you to the airport approximately 2 hours before the scheduled flight. We hope you enjoyed the tour with us, and we sure hope that you will come back to Nepal with Thai Nepal Travels again soon.

Your safety is of paramount concern while traveling with THAI NEPAL TRAVELS. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary; however, since this adventure entails traveling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee that we will not deviate from it. Weather conditions, the health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required.

For the person who cannot continue tour until the end of the trip in case of any reason, he/she please note that there will be no refund. In case of the flight delay/cancellation after finishing off the trip, you will be responsible for all your expenses. Please also note that you will not be entitled to any refund for the services (such as hotel, transport, flight, etc.) included in the package that you would not use later.

We will be providing you at Hotel Marshyangdi or equivalent in Kathmandu, All accommodations are on the twin-shared basis. Single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional.
